Our requirements for a Medical Biller are as follows: 1. At least 12 months previous experience with all aspects of Revenue Cycle Management. 2. Ten key proficient. By this I mean being able to add a stack of checks accurately without looking at the key pad. 3. Keyboarding skill of 55wpm. 4. Understanding the lingo on explanation of benefits and having payment posting experience. 5. Have experience in dealing with insurance companies and being able to work around their stall tactics and get claims paid. 6. Customer service skills in talking with patients about their accounts. We do a lot of phone work with patients, insurance companies and employers. This is what we do. I need people who like medical billing and like problem solving. We are production based along with the customer service aspect of our company.
